Refund Policy

Our products are digital downloads. Because a file cannot be returned once it is downloaded, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

We will help if:

• You did not receive your download link.
• The file does not open or is damaged.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

If any of these happen, email us within 7 days of purchase at info@doodledabba.in with your order number. We will first send you a working file. If we cannot fix the problem, we will refund you in full to your original payment method. Refunds usually reach your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
